They say when you go against the wind, you instill courage in others as well. Something on the same lines is being done by two Indian women from the media world- Shivya Mishra and Soni Mehta.
While, Shivya Mishra is an established Digital Marketer from Delhi, Soni Mehta is a professional choreographer and an esteemed social media artist. Both of them met in Dubai and instantly found a click on their shared values and dreams.
The real estate industry is a very different path to choose. It is also an industry that carries a lot of stereotypes, but Shivya and Soni decided to go against the conventional norm and set an example for others as well. Both of them believe in the vastness of life and the fact that growth can only be achieved by crawling out of one’s comfort zone. Shivya and Soni will be carrying out their work primarily from Dubai. Dubai is a hub of some of the most beautiful and enriching properties in the world. The healthy work environment in Dubai favours growth and promotes diversity.
24 year old Shivya Mishra mentioned, “It’s important that women set an example for other women, and that’s one of our objective. On the other hand, the world is unpredictable right now. It’s important to understand the law of creating various steams of income for oneself and I really believe that real estate can be an airlift for me in that regard. Apart from that it’s a work that involves people and I’ve always loved going around and meeting different types of people. I’m excited.”
On the other side, Soni Mehta mentioned her passionate thoughts as well. She said, “I’ve been living in Dubai for some time and I’m impressed by the array of opportunities that it gives to fulfill one’s dreams. As for me, I’ve been a free spirit. I want to live life without restrictions and I’m blessed my work gives me that chance. And, now this real estate venture is a cherry on the cake. This business will help me grow myself, my audience and my reach as an artist. I see this as a blessing!”
Shivya Mishra will be handling this venture with Soni Mehta. They came across this idea a while ago and sat down to work on its most intimate details, so that they can truly achieve their aims and help the respective community as well. Both of them are advocates of working smartly- that is, leveraging one’s skills and networks to achieve goals. Shivya and Soni also believe that a positive mindset can do wonders in achieving success.
